Self Care Connect
This is the web presence for Self Care Connect (SCC). SCC was launched in 2007 by the former programme manager of the WiPP's self care initiative to provide a pioneering and dynamic new resource and networking organisation for everyone with a professional interest in self care.
Kent House worked closely with the SCC team in order to make the look and feel of the website as visually pleasing, standards-compliant, accessible, user-friendly and secure as possible. The website has such interactive features as discussion forums, multimedia resources in .mp3 and .wma formats, and an email newsletter service. These features educate visitors of the site and help the client to communicate quickly, effectively, and cheaply with users.
The website was built around and driven by our bespoke content management system (SiteManager), which gives the client control over the site.
