Kent House participate in "Make your mark challenge"

As part of Global Entrepreneurship Week, Endon High School participated in the Make Your Mark Challenge.
Yvonne Conway, Internet Marketing Manager at Kent House went along on Monday 16 November to judge the students Dragon's Den style, as they came up with business ideas based around the challenge's theme of local, eco-friendly businesses.
Six teams presented their ideas to the judges and were marked on various criteria from understanding the theme to how well they worked together. However after reviewing the scores, the judges all agreed on one clear winner "5 Towns Bayer". A local brewery producing beer made from local ingredients and distributing locally across the city of Stoke-on-Trent. This team showed a clear understanding of the challenge, researched their subject well and presented their idea with enthusiasm.
