Martyn Hoyer

Client Support Officer

What's your name and where do you come from:

I'm Martyn Hoyer and I am from Ipswich; I currently live in Stafford.

Qualifications and job history:

I graduated from the University of East Anglia in 2005 with a BSc (Hons) in Business Information Technology. It was time to leave my part time job in Jessops and I moved to Stafford and started my first job as part of a two-man IT team for a group of construction companies.

After 18 months or so, I wanted to focus into a more specific IT role, and I've always had a strong interest in the Web, so I started work at Kent House.

How long have you been with Kent House:

I joined Kent House at the end of September 2007, the time has flown by!

What is your role within Kent House:

As the name suggests, I'm responsible for supporting clients, which can involve management of content on their website, dealing with queries and problem solving.

Likes / dislikes:

Dislikes: I don't like tea or coffee, which is a bit of an issue in this office!

Likes: Photography, Motorsport, Motorsport Photography (!), Electronic Music, Travelling.

Favourite quotes of the month:

"I'm sure I've seen that somewhere before."
