Caring with Confidence
This is the web presence for Caring with Confidence, who aim to make a positive difference to carers and the people they care for, by improving their health and well-being. We do this by providing support for carers through sessions, designed by carers for carers, where they can learn skills, get advice and information, talk and share experiences.
The site, including a new design, was awarded for development via competitive tender and was originally commissioned as a static web presence which was later upgraded to a dynamic content managed site driven by SiteManager so that it can be easily managed by the client.
To enhance the functionality of the main site there have been a number of bespoke developments added allowing caring organisations the opportunity to list training, sessions and networking in a single web based listing something that has not been available to carers previously. This acts as a central point of reference for carers making it far easier for them to locate appropriate support opportunites without having to look at multiple different listings.
Kent House provides ongoing development and support to Caring with Confidence for both their website and their bespoke carers database.
